Prior to joining Strauss Media Strategies, Howard served as General Sales Manager and Director of Sports Sales for CBS Radio D.C.’s WJFK-FM, 106.7 “The Fan.’ At WJFK-FM, Davis was responsible for overseeing the station’s sales operations growth including CBS’s partnerships with the Washington Nationals, Capitals, Wizards and DC United. Previously, Davis held numerous positions including General Sales Manager, Station Manager and General Manager at WAXY, 790 "The Ticket" radio in Miami beginning with its launch in 2004.

 

While in Miami, Davis handled partnerships and radio sponsorships for the Miami Heat, Marlins, Dolphins and Florida Panthers at WAXY as well as at Sportsradio 560 WQAM. Davis also formerly served as Vice President of Sales for MJI Broadcasting, Inc. in New York, one of the leading network radio syndicators of its time, overseeing the company’s New York, Los Angeles and Chicago sales offices to tremendous growth.
