Account Executive
Amy Knight joined Strauss Media Strategies as an Account Executive in May of 2023, bringing an impressive 17-year track record in the field of television news.
Prior to becoming a part of Strauss, Amy devoted more than 17 years to her role as an assignment editor at KDVR-TV, the prominent Fox affiliate based in Denver, CO. Her leadership was pivotal in orchestrating coverage for a wide array of significant events, including the 2008 Democratic National Convention, governor and mayoral inaugurations, protests, storm coverage, as well as the triumphant moments of both the Colorado Avalanche championships and the Denver Broncos' Super Bowl victory. Amy's contributions at KDVR-TV garnered her four Emmy nominations for her involvement in breaking news.
A native of Colorado, takes pleasure in spending quality time with her family and discovering the scenic mountains and trails of her home state. While she seldom engages in skiing, she is gradually embracing activities like fishing and camping.
Amy graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Colorado at Denver.
